After several days of tawaf, crowds and heat, a group needs to breathe together. Everything starts after al-'isha: your pilgrims complete every prayer at the Haram first, then the shuttle takes them out. From there they have nothing left to organise until they return.

After al-'isha
Departure from Makkah
Nothing begins before the group has prayed 'isha at the Haram. The shuttle collects them on the way out: no prayer is ever given up for the programme.

Welcome under the tent
Dates and tea on arrival, a short introduction to the place and the house rules, and the split between the two wings if the group is mixed.

Supervised activities
Floodlit archery, horse riding, climbing wall, pool with separate time slots, games for children. The cool of the night makes all of it far more pleasant than the middle of the day.

Bedouin dinner
Rice and camel meat served under the tent in the traditional manner. Dietary requirements are accommodated when flagged at booking.

Reminder in the majlis
The equipped hall hosts your speaker's reminder or lecture, often around the fire. It is the moment pilgrims remember most.

Return
The shuttle takes the group back to Makkah, in time to rest before fajr.

Why it works for an Umrah group
A restaurant dinner is over in an hour and leaves no shared memory. Here the group lives something together: pilgrims who had not spoken all week end up shooting arrows side by side or sitting around the same dish. For the organiser, this is the evening that binds the trip — and the one people talk about back home, which feeds the agency's word of mouth.
Organisers' questions
Can we bring our own speaker?
Yes, and it is common. The hall has full sound equipment; your sheikh or guide gives the reminder as they wish. We impose no content of our own.
How do you handle mixed groups?
The villa has two independent wings of 1,000 m² and 600 m². Women have reserved pool time slots supervised by female staff, and photography is not allowed there during those slots.
Why start so late in the evening?
Because a pilgrim did not travel here to miss a prayer at the Haram. By starting after al-'isha, your groups keep their whole day on site: tawaf, prayers, dhikr. Our evening comes afterwards, taking nothing away from the journey.
What if the group arrives late?
The programme is flexible, and 'isha shifts with the season. We adjust: activities move, dinner stays warm. Let the host know and the evening is rearranged without your pilgrims noticing.
Do you accept small groups?
Yes, from around twenty people. Below the €1,500 minimum charge the evening is still possible, but the cost per person naturally rises.
